Regenda Homes rebrands

A subsidiary of housing provider The Regenda Group has rebranded following the restructuring of its parent company four months ago.

Bolton-based design agency Baron has created the housing organisation's new identity, which includes vibrant colours and illustration to convey a brand message titled 'Welcome home' that aims to create a positive feeling of being at home.

Baron provided comprehensive brand guidelines across print and digital platforms.

A new website was also designed and includes a new section called the 'residents zone' where home owners can view documents and information relating to the development they live in from leases, repairs to service charges.

David Al-Hadithi, director of Liverpool-based The Design Foundry, said: "We've been working with Regenda on many creative and online projects over the last four years but this has been by far the largest and most complex of them. We are now also working alongside Regenda to develop the group website."

In May, most of The Regenda Group's subsidiaries were amalgamated into Regenda Limited, a charitable organisation, which provides the group's general needs and sheltered housing.

Maritime Housing Association transferred a large proportion of its stock to Regenda Limited and changed its name to Regenda Homes Limited, RHL for short, which is a non-charitable organisation that owns and manages the group's leasehold properties.

Regenda's second subsidiary, M&Y, provides a repair service which currently covers properties in Liverpool, St Helens, Wirral, Runcorn, Macclesfield and Fleetwood.

Based in Bolton, The Regenda Group now owns and manages over 13,000 houses and works across the North West in over 30 local authority areas.

Graham Bennett, director of home ownership at RHL, said: "The vibrant brand colour scheme was picked to express the RHL core values of being friendly and welcoming. It was important to appeal equally to customers of varying ages and backgrounds.

"We are delighted to roll out our brand new website that has been designed with existing and future customers in mind. It has been a really exciting time for RHL and I am looking forward to taking this brand forward on our new developments throughout the North West."
