Quorum sells office to architects

Cheshire-based developer and investor Quorum has sold a hybrid office and industrial unit in Newcastle-under-Lyme to Bennett Architectural Solutions.
The 23,800 sq ft unit at Rosevale Business Park was sold for an undisclosed sum.
Bennett Architectural Solutions designs, makes and installs glazed facades to the UK construction sector. The business is moving from premises in Tunstall.
Julien Kenny-Levick, director, logistics and industrial, at Colliers CRE Manchester, advising Quorum said: "The sale proves the ongoing popularity of strategically-sited locations that give occupiers what they need and where they need it."
Colliers CRE acted alongside Harris Lamb for Quorum.
