Promotion at Regional Property Solutions

Altrincham-based commercial property consultancy Regional Property Solutions has promoted Daniel Lee to director.

Prior to joining Regional Property Solutions in 2010 Lee worked for Donaldsons and then DTZ following the merger in 2008.

He focuses principally on disposal and acquisition, lease advisory and valuation client services across the office, retail and industrial sectors.

Charles Murray, managing director of Regional Property Solutions, said: "Daniel has made a real contribution to the business and his promotion reflects that commitment. Despite the recession we have continued to grow the business, particularly the portfolio management side which impacts on the commercial agency, rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations, all of which fall within Dan's ever increasing sphere of operations."
