Promotion at Keppie Massie

Surveyors Keppie Massie have promoted Phil Winckles in the regeneration and development team to associate partner.

Winckles has been with Keppie Massie for five years and is currently working on Muse Development's Bridge Street Quarter in Warrington and St Modwen's Great Homer Street scheme in Liverpool.

He said: "I have thoroughly enjoyed working for Keppie Massie and look forward to this new role within the company. Keppie Massie's regeneration and strategic development department is the largest specialist team in the North West and testament to this, continues to act on some of the most exciting schemes within the region and indeed across the country."
