Pozzoni partner unveils development plans

Stewart Grant, partner at Altrincham-based architecture practice Pozzoni, is due to retire from the business on 5 April to launch a property development company.

Grant has spent 15 years at Pozzoni, one of the largest independent architecture practices in the North West. He said: "We've taken advantage of a more stable trading environment in the last year to positively review and plan our future business and succession strategy in order to continue to drive the practice forward.

"I'm excited about the changes ahead and looking forward to pursuing some interesting property and development opportunities."

David Hughes, senior partner, said: "Stewart has laid the perfect foundation for Jamie Wood and a formidably experienced and able commercial team to build upon. I am also quite sure we'll be maintaining close links with Stewart as a result of the friendships and ties he's built with the practice over the last 15 years or so."
