Provide Peaks & Plains Housing Trust is seeking a single company to provide £3.5m of building materials over the next four years.
The materials will be used by 50 repairs and maintenance staff at the Macclesfield-based housing association.
Peaks & Plains Housing Trust was established in July 2006, following the transfer of 5,000 homes from Macclesfield Council.
