Yorke takes DTZ research role

DTZ has appointed Richard Yorke as head of UK research with a remit to assist its regional offices, including Manchester.

Based in London, he will report into Hans Vresen, global head of research and Colin Wilson, Head of UK & Ireland.

Yorke's appointment follows the appointment of Andrew Ness as the new head of North Asia Research based in Hong Kong.

Commenting on the appointments, John Keyes, head of the Manchester office, said: "A key differentiator DTZ offers to our clients is the quality of our market leading research behind our advice.

"Richard and Andrew's appointments enable us to continue to enhance this service and we look forward to Richard joining us for a number of presentations to our clients in the region."
