Vivark hires departmental heads
The start-up maintenance contractor has appointed senior managers to head its responsive and planned repairs programmes.
Wayne Collins was appointed as head of repairs following a period of consultancy work with Vivark since May. He has over 20 years' experience working for national companies that deliver repairs and maintenance services to the social housing sector including Eclipse, Mears Group and Jackson Lloyd and has worked as a consultant for the past two years.
Collins will head up Vivark's responsive repairs, voids, gas and electrical services and Care & Repair handyman service.
Terry Brophy joined as head of planned works. He previously worked at Mears Group in Blackpool for 10 years. Brophy takes responsibility for overseeing external repairs and paint, communal buildings and Vivark's grounds maintenance team. He will be working to secure new customers and drive business growth.
Vivark was launched in late 2012 as a subsidiary of First Ark Group, based in Knowsley.
