Bruntwood has secured two office lettings in Old Trafford, Greater Manchester.
The regeneration company GM Procure has taken 3,060 sq ft at its Lancastrian Office Centre on Talbot Road.
Rathbone Training, the UK-wide voluntary youth sector organisation, has taken 3,000 sq ft at its Trafford House offices on Chester Road.
Elsewhere, The Debt Advisor has taken 3,545 sq ft at the UBS-owned Westpoint building on Chester Road.
Ed Keany of Edwards & Co, which acted on behalf of Bruntwood, said: "Recent letting activity shows that Old Trafford is proving to be a cost effective alternative to both Manchester city centre and Salford Quays as businesses are still able to occupy quality office accommodation but at reduced rental levels.
"In this challenging economic climate, we are continuously working with landlords to ensure flexible lease terms and competitive rents are made available to those organisations that have relocation requirements and we are delighted with the recent trio of successful lettings."
Canning O'Neill and P3 Property Consultants are the joint agents on Lancastrian Office Centre and Trafford House.
Savills are the joint agent on Westpoint.
