Three office lettings taken in Old Trafford

Bruntwood has secured two office lettings in Old Trafford, Greater Manchester.

The regeneration company GM Procure has taken 3,060 sq ft at its Lancastrian Office Centre on Talbot Road.

Rathbone Training, the UK-wide voluntary youth sector organisation, has taken 3,000 sq ft at its Trafford House offices on Chester Road.

Elsewhere, The Debt Advisor has taken 3,545 sq ft at the UBS-owned Westpoint building on Chester Road.

Ed Keany of Edwards & Co, which acted on behalf of Bruntwood, said: "Recent letting activity shows that Old Trafford is proving to be a cost effective alternative to both Manchester city centre and Salford Quays as businesses are still able to occupy quality office accommodation but at reduced rental levels.
