Taylor finds role at West Properties

West Properties has appointed Tim Taylor as head of commercial property at its central Manchester office.

Taylor worked as office agency director for Atisreal, before being made redundant.

He starts his new role today, with the aim of generating income and finding tenants for the commercial content of the developer's schemes.

He previously held positions at Peel Holdings, Jones Lang LaSalle and Hartnell Taylor Cook.

West Properties' Manchester portfolio includes 62,000 sq ft of offices at Origin in Princess Street and the redevelopment of the Ramada Renaissance site in Deansgate.

West Properties is owned by former Ballymore director Donal Mulryan, and also owns sites in Leeds, Greenwich and Burton-on-Trent.

Following a review of the business, Artisreal is currently in consultation with several staff over redundancies.
