Altrincham-based agents Regional Property Solutions has reported a hat-trick of lettings in south Manchester.
Good to be wet, a retail company that sells scuba diving equipment, has taken a three year lease with a private investor at 8 Woodfield Road in Broadheath, Altrincham.
The 1,500 sq ft ground floor unit includes basement storage and offices on the first and second floors.
Elsewhere, Cherry Tree Investments has let a 900 sq ft premises at 3 Tiverton Road in Daveyhulme on a six year lease to Style By, which is being fitted out for a hairdressing salon.
J Dazell has let a 550 sq ft first floor office to jeweller Zak Stone Diamonds on a two year lease at 2 Tabley Court in Altrincham.
Details of the rental agreements were not disclosed.
