Pochin’s director joins PP O’Connor

Demolition company PP O’Connor Group has appointed Eddie Bredenhann, formerly of Pochin’s, as business development and pre-construction director.

Bredenhann worked as business development and marketing director at Pochin’s, and was a long-standing and prominent member of the Cheshire-based team. The developer and contractor collapsed into administration in August, with all staff made redundant.

Bredenhann has worked in construction and property for over 25 years, starting in South Africa and moving to the UK in 1998.

PP O’Connor specialises in demolition, earthworks, remediation and civil engineering, and is headquartered in Irlam.

Commenting on his new position, Bredenhann said: “This is an exciting opportunity for me and I am delighted to be joining the team at PP O’Connor. I have always admired their work ethic, professionalism, family values and client focus. I am looking forward to the opportunity to further develop this well-established name in the region.”
