Pochin signs Yell in Crewe

Pochin Developments has secured a letting to directories giant Yell at Electra House in Crewe.

Yell took 3,352 sq ft at Electra House on Crewe Business Park on a ten-year lease. The company will use the space for a regional sales canvassing base.

Lamont is sole agent on Electra House, which totals 18,500 sq ft.
