Playnation signs in Runcorn

On behalf of Active Commercial Estates, Berkshire Property Asset Management has let 17 Berkeley Court in Manor Park to Playnation, supplier of amusement and entertainment machines.

Playnation signed a new 10-year lease on the 21,000 sq ft premises, where quoting rents are £4.25/sq ft.

Dave Clark, operations director at Playnation, said: "We chose Berkeley Court due to its proximity to the motorway network and the fact that the unit has over 5,000 sq ft of ready built quality office accommodation. We see the unit as the ideal base to grow our business over the next few years."

Playnation was represented by OBI Property; the landlord by Eileen Bilton Partnership and GVA.
