Pets at Home takes more space in Crewe

UBS Triton Property Fund, represented by Savills, has agreed new terms for Pets at Home's lease at Grand Junction Retail Park in Crewe.

The retailer has taken a new 15-year lease, on a store that will expand from its original size of 6,000 sq ft to 8,500 sq ft. Pets at Home will pay £187,000 a year.

Johnny Rowland, director of retail at Savills, advised the landlord.

Pets at Home was represented by Curson Sowerby.
