Peel buys 500,000 sq ft business park land from NWDA

Peel Land & Property has acquired additional land at Liverpool International Business Park to market as an industrial site.

The developer is offering 24 acres to the market capable of holding 500,000 sq ft of distribution warehousing space. Individual plots are also available for sale, or design and build solutions can be provided.

The business park is located near Liverpool John Lennon Airport in Speke. Peel, which already owns the site next to the Estuary Commerce Park and the airport, bought the land from the North West Development Agency for an undisclosed sum.

Cushman & Wakefield and King Sturge have been appointed to market the development opportunity.
