Orbit Developments has agreed a letting to Roberts Jackson Solicitors of 9,231 sq ft for 10 years at Sandfield House.
Roberts Jackson Solicitors specialises in claiming compensation for industrial disease and personal injury claims. The firm is relocating from Blackbox Business Centre in Beech Lane, Wilmslow.
Oliver Jackson, director of Roberts Jackson, said: "When we out-grew our existing office space, we needed somewhere that could support our growing business. Sandfield House was the obvious choice. Our new inner town location is perfect for us, it's minutes from the airport and train station and there is room for us to expand."
James Raspin, surveyor at Orbit Developments, said: "We are delighted to welcome Roberts Jackson to our Wilmslow portfolio. This letting demonstrates the continuing strong performance of the Wilmslow market where we have now let over 30,000 sq ft in the past six months."
DTZ and Canning O'Neill acted on behalf of the landlord. Quoting rent at Sandfield House is £17.50/sq ft.
