The launch event takes place at Cube on Portland Street in Manchester at 10.30am on 5 February, 2009.

Speakers will include, Ian Cooper from Eclipse; Matt Waltho, NWDA; Tim Whitehill, BRE; and Emma Kyng, CCI.
