Northern Trust completes consultancy letting

Engineering design specialist North West Projects has agreed a six-year lease at Levens House in Ackhurst Business Park in Chorley with landlord Northern Trust.

The firm has also renegotiated its existing lease on its headquarters at Kensington House on the same park so that the term now also runs for six years. North West Projects also has a two-year agreement on space in Balmoral House. In total the firm occupies 10,890 sq ft at Ackhurst Business Park: 2,258 sq ft at Balmoral House, 4,525 sq ft in Kensington House and 4,107 sq ft in Levens House.

NWP has grown from 20 to 100 staff in the past four years. Ackhurst Business Park covers 83,000 sq ft and is home to 17 businesses employing more than 450 people in total.

Agents on the park are King Sturge, Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons and Whittle Jones.
