Mullenger moves on from ES Group

Stephanie Mullenger has left her role as head of office at ES Group in the North West following its acquisition by Lambert Smith Hampton. Her six-month consultancy contract will not be renewed when it expires at the end of April.

Mullenger, former managing director of MAG Property, was appointed by ES Group in November 2014 to grow the property advisory services offer to owners, occupiers and investors. ES Group was acquired by LSH last month. LSH has an office in Spinningfields Manchester, now added to by ES Group's offices in St Paul's Square Liverpool and Riverside, Manchester.

At the time of the acquisition a spokesman for LSH said the merger with ES Group would mean a strengthening of teams across the full range of property services. Beyond Mullenger's departure there has been no update about the integration of the two businesses.

Speaking to Place North West, Mullenger said: "I was employed through Mullenger Consulting to act as the head of office for ES Group in 2014. The appointment was for a fixed term and has come to its natural end. I will not be taking up a position at LSH as they already have a head of office for Manchester. I wish LSH and my former team all the best with the merger.

"I am currently working on a number of assignments through my own company."

A spokesman for LSH said: "Stephanie Mullenger, who was consultant head of office at ES, will be completing her contract at the end of April. We would like to thank Stephanie for her contribution and wish her all the best in the future."
