Mr Mobile acquires Salford site

Knight Frank has disposed of 18,209 sq ft of industrial accommodation in Salford to phone accessories wholesaler, Mr Mobile, on behalf of Newards, which is moving to a new production and distribution facility in Trafford Park.
The detached unit on Broughton Road East, Salford is situated within a self-contained site, close to the M602 and A57.
David Nuttall, surveyor at Knight Frank, said: "Self-contained properties on secure sites are always of interest to purchasers. Longer term, the property also offers the flexibility to subdivide, which was an added attraction for the purchaser, as well as its close proximity to the city centre and easy links to the motorway network."
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Rumour has it that mr strong is taking a retail unit at the trafford centre.
