McGoff completes £12.5m Lytham care facility

Building contractor McGoff Construction has now completed the build and fit-out of a 76-bedroom care facility, The Hamptons on Heyhouse Lane, Lytham.

Following a 60-week build programme, the centre is due to open its doors to residents next month.

The centre will be operated by New Care, which also forms part of McGoff Group.

The 40,000 sq ft purpose-built care centre includes a hair and nail salon and coffee shop, along with bedrooms, communal lounges, formal dining rooms and landscaped gardens.

The Hamptons is the fifth New Care development delivered by McGoff Construction with the sixth currently at an advanced build stage on Heath Lane in Chester.

Operations director, Declan McGoff, commented: “We are enhancing our design and build experience in the healthcare sector and continually refining our processes and procedures to deliver bespoke, future proofed environments where our end users can flourish.”
