Lovell hires operations manager

Affordable housing developer and regeneration specialist Lovell has appointed Nick Brown as operations manager for its North West and North Wales region.

Based at the company's regional office in Altrincham, he will be responsible for the operational delivery of all open market homes, design and build and contracting work including appointments and the general management of operational staff.

Brown joined from McDermott Homes where he was construction manager. He has previously worked as construction director for McInerney Homes North, contracts manager for Bryant Homes and project manager at Frank Haslam Milan.
