Keppie Massie hires new head of commercial agency
Tim Garnett has joined the commercial agency department of Keppie Massie in Liverpool after three years at Venmores.
Garnett has 14 years’ experience in the Merseyside and North West commercial occupier markets. Before joining Venmores he spent five years at CBRE and, before that, four years at Matthews & Goodman.
At Keppie Massie, Garnett will focus on the disposal and acquisition of all aspects of commercial property to include office, industrial, retail, development and investment.
He said: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining Keppie Massie, a renowned source of expert advice within the North West and further afield. I’m looking forward to embracing the ethos of the business as we broaden the already excellent instruction base.”
Keppie Massie has 30 members of staff. Garnett replaces Tony Reed who joined Bruntwood as head of sales this month.
