JOB: Graduate Transport Planner, Manchester

SCP The role involves providing technical and administrative support in the Transport Planning Division of SCP.

The ideal candidate would be a Graduate with a working knowledge of the content of a Transport Assessment for a development proposal, and be familiar with the computer software packages Junction 8, Linsig, TRICS and AutoCAD.

Candidates with good written and verbal communication skills will have an advantage.

The position is based in central Manchester and the Company operates a minimum 35 hour working week, with core hours of 9:30am to 5:30pm.

Dependent upon the level of experience and ability, the position is expected to have a starting salary of £18,000 – £25,000 per annum. A non-contributory pension scheme is available after 12 months of service and we offer 25 days annual leave, in addition to bank holidays.
