IJS Global takes Altrincham warehouse

International logistics company IJS Global UK has taken a 52,000 sq ft warehouse unit on George Richards Way in Altrincham for an undisclosed sum.
IJS is relocating from its smaller 16,000 sq ft premises in the town and said the deal reflects the company's expansion.
IJS said it has an option with the landlord Swift Developments to take further space on an adjoining unit.
Charles Murray, of Regional Property Solutions, acting on behalf of the landlord, said: "This letting is an encouraging sign as industrialists are traditionally the first out of a recession and this letting is a clear vindication of this and reflects the recent upturn we are experiencing in industrial enquiries."
TFC Commercial Property was joint agent for the landlord.
