How submits plans for Winsford homes

Plans for 184 houses in Winsford, Cheshire, have been submitted to West Cheshire & Chester Council by How Planning on behalf of developer Darnhall Estate.

A public exhibition of draft proposals for the land off Darnhall School Lane was held by How at the Winsford Lifestyle Centre on Wednesday 15 May.

How Planning partner Jon Suckley said: "The plans for this new development will provide much needed new housing which will be well integrated with the surrounding area.

"The housing will make a positive contribution towards Cheshire West & Chester Councils housing targets.

"Both new and existing residents will benefit from the open space, children's play areas and cycleways proposed as part of the scheme."
