Freehold office deal completes in Broadway

Lima Networks has completed the purchase of an 8,821 sq ft unit in Digital Park on Broadway, adjacent to Media City UK at a price in excess of £120/sq ft from Northern Way Properties.
The 8,821 sq ft unit is the largest on the scheme. Lima Networks joined Xarios, BBT, Converge One and Graham Construction at the park.
Mark Canning, director of letting agent Canning O'Neill, said: "Digital Park is going from strength to strength and is testament of an upturn in freehold requirements in the North West."
There now remains only Unit 05 of 6,152 sq ft available for purchase through retained selling agent, and a suite of 3,050 sq ft available to let.
