Footwear retailer occupies Macclesfield shop

Footwear retailer Shoe Zone has taken a 1,795 sq ft unit at 12 Mill Street in Macclesfield.
The company, which trades from over 550 locations throughout the UK and Ireland, has agreed on a ten year lease at £50,000 a year with landlord ITB Pension Fund.
Shoe Zone was originally founded in 1917 when it was known as Bensonshoe.
Ramsdens acted on behalf of Shoe Zone, while Legat Owen represented the landlord in the deal.
