Cushman wins Rock management

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by Thornfield Properties Bury as property managers of The Rock, the shopping development, to work alongside asset manager Hammerson.
This is the third shopping centre that the C&W Manchester management team has been appointed on alongside The Triangle in Manchester and St George's Shopping Centre in Preston.
Fiona Hobson, partner at C&W, said: "We are delighted to have secured such a high profile instruction. The Rock has proven to be a great success in the 18 months since it opened and we look forward to working alongside Hammerson and continuing to build on this."
Meanwhile, the C&W Manchester team has boosted its team with another appointment, Tom King, joining as surveyor.
