Building consultant moves to Oxford Court

Independent building consultancy Tuffin Ferraby Taylor has agreed to a new five-year lease on a first floor suite at 15 Oxford Court in Manchester.

Tuffin Ferraby Taylor is moving from nearby Peter House to a 1,100 sq ft suite to allow for additional staff to service the firm's growing workload.

15 Oxford Court has recently undergone a major refurbishment and has attracted strong interest, with Sir Robert McAlpine leasing the third floor.

Daniel Bourmad of landlord PDA Holdings said: "The unique combination of the landscaped courtyard, character space, unrivalled car parking provision, and a flexible approach to lettings has been successful. We also have two other suites under offer which would leave only one third of the building available."

Hugo Bradley, head of TFT in Manchester, added, "Our move to 15 Oxford Court will enable our business to grow, whilst giving us a central location from which to service our clients our regional and national clients, such as, The Crown Estate, Legal and General, Aviva and PRUPIM."

Andrew Gardiner, partner at acquiring agent, TSG, said: "Despite a wide choice of options, 15 Oxford Court was the standout choice for Tuffin Ferraby Taylor. The regeneration of St Peter's Square will further emphasise this area as a major focus for professionals in the city."
