Brooks Macdonald completes office move

Brooks Macdonald, the publicly listed wealth manager and parent of Braemar Estates, has moved into its new office in 1 Marsden Street in Manchester city centre.

There are 13 people in the new 3,000 sq ft office on the tenth floor and another 40 in the Hale office where Braemar is based, managing residential blocks.

The Manchester office opened with three staff in 2007. Andrew Shepherd, joint managing director of BMAM, said: "The Manchester office, led by Claire Bennison, has grown rapidly and we have been fortunate to retain the loyalty of our existing professional introducers as well as add new relationships. Our team has grown to ensure we maintain our service levels and the new offices give us further room for expansion."

Brooks Macdonald relocated from 55 King Street. Chapman Law represented Brooks Macdonald and WHR are joint agents for 1 Marsden Street landlord IVG.
