Bramall completes Clarke Gardens development

Halton Housing Trust has officially opened a new £2.3m housing scheme in Widnes aimed at young families and people living with a range of health needs.

The project at Clarke Gardens includes 12 apartments at Viking Court and a further six bungalows at Elizabeth Court and Charlotte Walk.

The trust committed £1.3m to the development, alongside a £1m investment from the Homes & Communities Agency.

Bramall Construction built the homes and Plus Dane Group helped manage the project.

Deborah McLaughlin, executive director North West at the HCA, said: "This unique scheme is providing a great mix of affordable houses and is offering exactly what residents want, thanks to their input into the design. I wish them well in their new homes."
