Bibby Factors moves office in Salford

Financial services firm Bibby Factors Manchester has relocated to a new 6,000 sq ft office at German property fund Warburg-Henderson's Waterfront Quay in Salford Quays.

Bibby Factors, previously located in a smaller 3,500 sq ft office in an adjacent building also owned by Warburg-Henderson, said the new office will allow it to expand its presence across the region to provide a range of financial services.

Waterfront Quay is situated near to Media City and the Broadway extension road which links the site with the M602 motorway.

David Wilson, head of asset and property management at Drivers Jonas Deloitte in Manchester, who acted on behalf of the landlord to secure a five year lease from the company, said: "Relocating Bibby to an office let by its existing landlord has been beneficial to both parties, ensuring a speedy move ahead of a lease expiry and maintaining rents and occupation of prime space."

Details of the rental agreement were not disclosed.
