Ask adds to development team

The company has hired Sarah Woodmansey from Kier Property as a development executive, while Jamie Hills has been promoted to development director.

Woodmansey has been with Kier since 2016, when she joined the company as a graduate surveyor. In her new role, she will work on Ask’s plans at Viadux, a mixed-use development next to Manchester Central on the site of the former Bauer Millett garage, along with Gateshead Quays in Tyneside.

Meanwhile, Hills has been promoted to development director. Having been with the company since 2011, he leads on a number of the company’s schemes including No8 First Street and 100 Embankment. Ask has also added Harry Rodick on a graduate placement to support the development team.

Ask managing director John Hughes said: “Sarah joins us at a very exciting time for the company as we continue to explore opportunities in cities across the north as well as driving forward with the delivery of our current live projects. She has gained good experience since graduating and will be a key member of the team as we move forward with our future plans.”

“We’re also really pleased to announce Jamie’s promotion to development director. Jamie is a valued and well-respected member of the team and has been instrumental in enabling us to deliver some of the city’s landmark commercial developments over recent years.”
