New recruits for Braemar Estates
Four new recruits have joined specialist property manager Braemar Estates in Hale.
Caroline Colman has joined as a property manager, having previously held a number of positions in HM Forces (Army) Royal Logistics Corps. She joins the business from an established North West property management company, where she has worked for four years as a site manager.
Ben Mason also joins as a property manager from a national property management company, having begun his career at Centrica, the energy company.
Coleman and Mason will work closely with senior surveyor, Lyn Windeler, managing the firm's expanding portfolio of residential property mandates in the North West.
Laura Cornick has been appointed as property management assistant. She previously spent four years with the Co-operative Pharmacy, most recently as a maintenance help desk administrator.
Jessica Parker also joins the company as credit controller from Bruntwood, where she was employed as a business income finance assistant.
Following Braemar Estates' expansion in the south of England and particularly the firm's increasing presence in London, property Manager Jessica Singh has also relocated to our Mayfair office to manage its portfolio in the region.
Chris March, chief executive of Braemar Estates, said: "As we continue to win significant management mandates across the country, our new recruits are a great addition to our expanding team and will enable us to continue to provide our growing list of clients with an outstanding level of advice and service."
