New Mind chooses Brunswick for new base

Website developer New Mind has relocated from Queens Dock in Liverpool to South Harrington Building in Brunswick Business Park.

New Mind signed a lease for 4,000 sq ft of office space with landlord Commercial Estates Group.

South Harrington Building is a collection of Victorian dock warehouses on Sefton Street, south of the city centre, which have been refurbished by Commercial Estates Group.

Agents on the scheme are Hitchcock Wright & Partners and Matthews & Goodman.
