Nantwich industrial park secures two tenants
Firestopping solutions manufacturer Quelfire and Gus Logistics have taken 32,500 sq ft and 55,200 sq ft at Cheshire Green Industrial Park, respectively.
Quelfire has signed a 10-year lease at £8/sq ft for a detached unit off Spitfire Road in Nantwich. The building is owned by Spitfire Property. Quelfire’s new space includes a dedicated yard, 350kVA power supply, and eight-metre eaves.
Meanwhile, Gus Logistics signed a five-year lease for a 55,200 sq ft unit off of Airfield Road that is owned by a private investor. This warehouse is an expansion for the company, which also operates out of premises elsewhere on the industrial estate. Gus’s lease is also for £8/sq ft.
Legat Owen acted for both vendors on the deal, while Quelfire and Gus Logistics were unrepresented. Fisher German is a joint agent with Legat Owen on the park.
Matt Pochin, director at Legat Owen, commented on the deals, saying: “Cheshire Green continues to mature into a modern and diverse industrial estate.
“Phase one is all but spoken for and phase two offers over 100 acres of more land and building opportunities.”
Cheshire Green Industrial Park sits off the A51 in Wardle. It has planning permission for nearly 1.5m sq ft of industrial and open storage space.
