Musicians Union sells Canal Street office

Edwards & Co has advised on the sale of the freehold of 40 Canal Street in Manchester city centre to a local investor. The 1,349 sq ft building was sold for £250,000.

Ed Keany, surveyor, Edwards & Co, said: "Within Manchester city centre there continues to be significant demand for small freehold self-contained office buildings of sub 5,000 sq ft and the sale of 40 Canal Street was no exception, where we were inundated with interest from both owner occupiers and investors at the very early stages of marketing."
