Morgan Sindall Construction on board as Place North MIPIM partner

One of the country’s most active contractors, Morgan Sindall Construction will be returning to the international property expo in 2025 as part of the growing Place North delegation.

The contractor heads to Cannes buoyed by its recent performance in a tough market. This year, the business has recorded increased profit and revenue and secured the pioneering £65m Multiversity project in Blackpool.

A regular at MIPIM, Morgan Sindall Construction recognises the value-add opportunities that a Place North partnership provides and is keen to return to Cannes to spend quality time with key decision-makers across the North.

“We are confident that the unique offer from Place at MIPIM will help us to showcase the remarkable things we are achieving across the North region’s towns and cities,” said Steven Gregory, Morgan Sindall Construction North West area director.

“Our previous partnerships have showcased the strength of our shared vision and values, and we are delighted to now be able to support the North alongside a strong public/private delegation including some of our key public sector partners.”

Dino Moutsopoulos, managing partner at Place North, added: “We are extremely pleased to welcome Morgan Sindall to the Place North Delegation for MIPIM 2025.

“We have a long-standing relationship with this tier one contractor and look forward to supporting them and their key partners at MIPIM next year.”

He added: “Steven Gregory has made a swift positive impact in the North West as Morgan Sindall continues to impress in a tough market.

“I personally look forward to helping him and his colleague Emma Ratcliffe as they head to MIPIM supporting both the North West and wider Northern England offer of Place North.”
