More tenants for Kilmartin, Shepherd schemes

A double hat-trick of deals has been secured at two Greater Manchester schemes.

Kilmartin, through agents P3 Property Consultants and King Sturge, sold a 6,629 sq ft unit to Norwood Partition Solutions and a 4,792 sq ft unit to Pearson Print at its Hyde Point development. The Scottish-based Group also secured a ten-year lease on a 5,916 sq ft unit with Tameside and Glossop Primary Care Trust.

Three deals have also been completed at the ISIS development within Agecroft Commerce Park, Salford, by ShepVal, a joint venture between Shepherd Development Company and Valad Property Group.

UK food company, JJ Food Service, recently completed its £2.85m move into the 33,000 sq ft Mercury warehouse, while current occupier Bunzl has signed a new lease on a 60,194 sq ft unit, within the speculatively built Atlas unit, at £4.90/sq ft. Manchester Tippers bought 10 acres of land at ISIS for £1.1m.
