MIPIM VIDEO | Crunch time for building safety changes

With the Building Safety Act fully coming into force next month, Project Four managing director Alan Robson spent his time in Cannes making sure the industry was up to speed on the newest regulations.

Robson has returned to international property convention after a multi-year hiatus – with this year doubling as Project Four’s MIPIM debut.

He spoke with Place North West about why now was the time to come to Cannes and why the Building Safety Act needs to be part of the conversations had here with investors, developers, architects, and more.

Project Four provides clients with strategic and technical advice surrounding CDM and the Building Safety Act. The Liverpool-headquartered company also has offices in Manchester, Leeds, London, and Edinburgh.

Want to learn more about the Building Safety Act? Project Four will be hosting a free, virtual, half-hour seminar on Wednesday starting at noon. Reserve your spot.

You can learn more about Project Four, MIPIM, and BSA in the video at the top of this article. You can also watch the video on the Place North West YouTube channel. Learn more about Project Four by going to projectfoursafety.com.
