Miller signs pair at Knutsford Pavilions
Miller Developments' speculative office scheme in Cheshire is nearly full after two deals completed with new occupiers.
Energy procurement specialist UPA has acquired the freehold of unit five, which totals 4,090 sq ft, in a deal worth £185/sq ft.
Building consultancy MMi Group has taken a ten-year lease, with a break at year five, on 2,745 sq ft unit 4.
Richard Stokes from Jones Lang LaSalle, joint leasing agents on the scheme with GVA Grimley, said: "The Pavilions was the first speculative scheme of its type in the area and, with 90% of the offices occupied, its success has proved Miller Developments' confidence in the Knutsford market was well placed. We are currently talking to a number of interested parties about the 2,745 sq ft of space which is now left remaining on the scheme."
The Pavilions comprises five self contained grade A offices, totalling 26,704 sq ft, and is located on the Knutsford Business Park, and is just a few minutes walk from the town centre and two miles from junction 19 of the M6. Other significant transactions completed recently include 16,693 sq ft in three units to IFE Services, the in-flight entertainment company and phase one of the scheme was successfully sold to Bentley for its official North West car dealership.
Miller Developments was represented by joint leasing agents Jones Lang LaSalle and GVA Grimley.
