Mason Owen joins agency job cull

Mason Owen, the Liverpool-headquartered independent property consultant, has reduced its workforce by around 12 through a mixture of voluntary and compulsory redundancies.
The cuts will affect all departments and offices. The firm has branches in Chester, Edinburgh and London. Prior to the cuts the group employed around 120 staff.
Head of agency Bruce Bott said the measures were "prudent in a difficult market".
