Liverpool One scoops fifth award win

Grosvenor's Liverpool One has won an Association of Town Centre Management award.

The award recognises a town centre getting 'the right mix of retailing, leisure, entertainment, culture, services, business, employment and housing'.

It beat competition from Birmingham, Leeds and Lisburn to the prize at a ceremony held at the Park Plaza Riverside Hotel in London.

This is the fifth award Liverpool One has received in recent months.

Over the next few months, the launch of office suites, residential apartments and the long awaited opening of the Hilton Hotel are expected to take place.

Liverpool One forms part of Grosvenor's £1bn regeneration of Liverpool city centre and covers 43-acres.
