Liberty Care Developments’ 72-bed Davenham plan approved
Cheshire West and Chester Council has given consent for the construction of a 40,000 sq ft care home off London Road in Davenham.
The 72-bed care facility, and its estimated 70 employees, will provide both specialist dementia care and standard 24-hour elderly nursing to the people of Davenham, near Northwich.
C Squared Architects is behind the Liberty Care Developments’ scheme design.
Amenities planned include a cinema room, lounges, a library, a salon, and a café.
All 72 bedrooms will have en-suite washing facilities. Two garden spaces, one of which would have a central pavilion structure for residents, are to be provided.
It is expected that 32 car parking spaces will be provided on site.
