Kos leaves JLL for pastures new

Robert Kos has linked up with ex-boss Andrew Lynn at DTRE after nine years in JLL’s logistics team.

Industrial specialist Kos had joined DTRE as an associate partner as the business looks to expand its presence in the North West.

During his time at JLL, Kos advised on several large deals, including a 130,000 sq ft letting to Montgomery Distribution in Preston last year.

His move to DTRE sees him reunite with Lynn. The pair worked together at JLL for six years before the latter left for DTRE in 2020.

Lynn who is partner and head of North West at DTRE, said: “Robert is a local market expert and a strong addition to our Manchester office.

“With his added capabilities, we look forward to delivering an even more expert service to our current and future clients across the region.”

Kos is one of three new arrivals at DTRE. Sam Cooper has joined as senior surveyor at the company’s Cambridge office and Paul Riley, has been appointed finance partner.
