Kenmore signs Trespass on Deansgate

Kenmore has signed sports and leisure retailer Trespass UK to the refurbished 196 Deansgate in Manchester city centre.

The store will be Trespass's first in Manchester, having agreed a 15-year lease on 7,450 sq ft at ground and basement levels. Rent has been agreed at £150,000/year, rising to £160,000/year in year four.

The listed building on the corner of Deansgate and Quay Street has 28,000 sq ft of offices over three upper floors. Quoting rents are £22.50/sq ft.

Kenmore paid £13.75m for the building, formerly called Royal London House, at the start of 2007.

Edwards & Co and WHR Property Consultants are joint letting agents.
