JDA have an enviable track record of design and development of social housing and care / extra care projects. We also have experience in dental surgery design, industrial projects and private housing. Our award-winning BREEAM 'outstanding' industrial units and Code for Sustainable Homes housing proves our eco credentials.

We are looking for individuals with similar social housing experience, who are proficient in AutoCAD and preferably Revit trained. Recently qualified up to five years post-qualification experience with demonstrable design ability and track record across our sectors and an ability to be client facing.

The ideal candidate will have a balance of design and technical ability and have worked from inception to construction, be self-motivated, with strong presentation and communication skills. Sketch-up and Photoshop skills are desirable AutoCAD is essential.
